Do I own my data contained in your system?
Yes, you own the software for life once purchased and all the data in it remains owned by you.
Is your tech support UK based?
Yes, our tech support team is based in Bristol, UK and available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm to assist you with any technical queries or help you need.
Do you support businesses outside the UK?
Our support is UK based and operates between 08:30-17:30 GMT but we do provide support to our international customers during these hours.
Can I get an online demonstration of the software?
Absolutely, you can contact our sales team on 0117 902 2012 to schedule an online demonstration.
Can my engineers access their jobs offline?
Yes, using our Clik Jobs app you can download your job before going out onto site and you will be able to access your job without an internet connection. You can then sync it back to the office when you are reconnected.
What specifications do I need my PC/Server to be to use your software?
You can find our software specifications on our product pages.
Can I recreate my paper forms in your software?
Yes, we have a Print Template Editor which allows you to replicate paper forms you use. We also have a template team who can do this for you for a small fee. We also offer Clik Cert for recreating more complex certifications and forms.
