Security system providers, AGS Tech needed a service management system to help them cut down on paper-based organisation. They needed a package that would allow them to see completed jobs and see the locations of their engineers.

Established in 1993, AGS Tech Ltd supplies and maintains security systems, predominately focused on public sector and social housing customers. AGS Operations Director, Colin Prescott explains his thoughts on using Clik Service and the new field management solution, Clik Remote

The Challenges

After the new owners bought the company in 2017, they found the business to fully rely on paper-based management. They realised there was an immediate need for an effective CRM system to be implemented. Having rolled out and used Clik Service at a previous company, Colin decided it would be an ideal product to help the business grow.

How Clik Helped

AGS Tech implemented the main desktop CRM, Clik Service, as well as the web-based, field service management solution, Clik Remote. This would help them to move away from the paper-reliant business structure.

"The main reason why AGS decided to go with Clik was for the remote updating of engineers that is Clik Remote. This is imperative as we have strict SLA response times and need to know where our engineers are and what jobs are completed." says Colin.

"Clik Service also proved to be useful to keep track of stock control across all engineer's vehicles".
