The Environment

We want you to be able to produce your best work, so we've created a nice working environment for you. You can wear whatever you like, play ping pong if you need a break or watch The Tour de France/Wimbledon/'enter latest sporting comp here' whilst you work. Our office is located on the third floor of the Tobacco Factory in Bristol, so there are lots of places for lunch and after work drinks. We offer the Cycle to Work Scheme and yoga, we get regular fruit baskets delivered but we're partial to the occasional cake/cider/burger/curry. We offer mini sports massages, a summer party, a Christmas party and a fair few nights out in between.

Technical Support Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Advisor to join us.

Working in our sociable, open plan office in Bristol, you’ll have the chance to join our brilliant technical support team. You’ll participate in important office discussions (usually regarding American football, storm troopers and cats) and gain exposure to our wide range of desktop, cloud, iOS and Android products.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of software support to customers via the telephone, email and live chat.

You’ll take ownership of a wide range of technical and implementation issues, whilst providing an outstanding level of service to customers. To help run our teams, we use Slack and Zendesk.

Each call, email and chat you handle will be different, so the role is challenging and varied.

You must have:

  • A strong technical understanding of Windows 
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • An IT qualification or equivalent IT support experience 
  • A motivated and proactive approach
  • Be organised and be a problem solver
  • Not a robot. We like real people who can engage in conversation with our us and customers.
