Viewing Recent Engineer Site Visits

In this article, we are going to show how to view the latest engineer(s) to work on a site when using the engineer schedule.

When on a job, go to Engineers > Add.

This will bring you to the engineer schedule.

At the bottom left of this window, you will see some text showing how many visits have been on this site. A visit is counted as an engineer job booking.

To view which engineers attended the visits, click the ‘Show’ button at the right of the text.

This will then show you a list of previous jobs on the site as well as which engineer attended them.

You can double-click on the job number to see details about each job and show more jobs with the time filter on the right.
