Viewing Certs Sent to Field Users
You can view each sent certificate and check which engineer they have been sent to.
Go to your certificates list, then click on the ‘Sent’ tab.
From here, you can see each certificate you’ve sent.
The ‘Engineer’ column will show which engineer has received the certificate.
If this column is not visible, you will need to add it using the column chooser.
To do this, right-click on a column header and click ‘Show Column Chooser’.
Now drag and drop the ‘Engineer’ column into the table.
