Viewing Certs Sent to Engineers
You can view each sent certificate and check which engineer they have been sent to.
Go to your certificates list, then click on the ‘Sent’ tab.
From here, we can see the certificates you’ve sent.
The engineer column will show which engineer has received the certificate.
If this column is not there, you will need to add it from the column chooser.
To do this, right-click on a column header and click ‘Column chooser’.
Now drag and drop the ‘Engineer’ option onto your header.
