Maps Module

Clik Service 351 introduces a new Maps module with features for:

• Creating custom maps filtered by category, status, fault code, and assignment status (assigned/unassigned).
• Right-clicking a job to assign an engineer.
• Double-clicking a job to open the job sheet.
• Pop-out option for displaying the map while using other Clik modules.
• Auto-refresh setting to monitor job statuses throughout the day.

Nearby Jobs

The Engineer tab in a job sheet now allows you to:

• Check for nearby assigned or unassigned jobs relative to the open job’s location.
• Identify additional jobs that the assigned engineer could complete or determine if other engineers are already in the area.
• Sort engineers by proximity, showing whose home location is closest to the job location.

New notifications feature
