New additions

• You can now hide job documents from showing for Clik Remote Customer and Engineer users.
• We added a new privilege to allow users to view certificates in Clik Remote (for users using shared database).
• You can now resurrect deleted contracts.

Improvements

• An indicator will now appear next to the notes tab when notes have been added.
• You can now display engineer information on qualification reminders.
• A product code column was added to the good inwards table.
• Additional travel fields were added to job item reports.
• You can now print equipment notes without a time stamp.
• Added f-gas cylinder log tags to the template editor.
• Added job number tags for f-gas system templates.
• Hours can now be displayed as hrs:minutes on job item reports.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue when deleting a purchase order that has a link to a contract didn’t delete the linked PO items.
• Fixed an issue where the equipment action list for the owner company was not syncing to engineers.
• Fixed an issue where users were able to raise new jobs, quotes and invoices for a company that was on hold from an existing job sheet etc.
• The serial column now displays correctly for f-gas systems.
• Special characters on formatted notes now retain their colour after being saved.
• Fixed a locking issue when editing notes on a merged job.
• Fixed posted Sage invoices, credits and purchase orders were not adjusting for the unit of sale or unit of purchase.
