New additions

Added new ‘Classification of Operation’ library type for part 7 on EPG6 certs.

Validation Improvements

Added additional validation settings for spare circuits.
Validation will now automatically ignore ‘N/A’ fields.
You can now ‘Ignore’ fields when carrying out validation.

This update also includes stability improvements and fixes.
