Using Qualifications in the Engineer Schedule

This article will show you how to use qualifications on the engineer schedule. If you need to create qualifications first, please read our creating qualifications article.

First, go to the schedule by clicking on Diary > Engineer’s schedule.

In the schedule, you can filter the engineers by qualification. Click on the filter and select the qualification.

Adding qualifications to job templates

You can also add qualifications to a job template. If you need to understand job templates, please see our job templates video.

To do this go to Modules > Job > Job Templates.

Select your job template and go to the ‘Skills’ tab.

You can add a skill that includes a qualification by clicking ‘Add’ and then selecting the qualification under the qualification column. Once you’re happy, click ‘Save‘.
