The Customer Diary
You can give your customers access to view their own diary in Clik Remote Customer.
You will need to first enable the diary in the login privileges for your users.
To enable go to Settings > Clik Remote > Manage Users & Settings in the main Clik Service software. Select the customer and set the ‘Can Access‘ privileges to ‘Allow’ under the diary category on the privilege page.
Click ‘Next‘ through the remainder of the setup and save your changes.
The diary has two display options:
- Job Sheets – display jobs by the job start and end date.
- Engineer Planning – displays when an engineer has been booked to attend a job.
- Month or week view.
- Option to display job title or job number in the label, which can be found in settings.
