Q: Can multiple users log in using the same login credentials at once?
A: Yes, on the customer version you can have multiple users in with same login credentials.
Q: When you have a moment please go over where I can modify the customers view on the job sheet.
A: If you go to Settings > Clik Remote > Manager Users & Settings > View Manager. Then select the user you want to edit views on and on the right-hand side of the view manager the sections you can edit will load. When you have made the changes click on apply to > selected module for current user.
Q: Can we manage permissions on a user-by-user basis, not just a customer basis?
A: Clik Remote Customer Site allows you to set up multiple users for one customer in Clik Remote (based on the customer’s sites). You can then set permissions for each site user.
Q: Is it possible to edit the columns on display and set these to default?
A: Not at present, no.
Q: In regard to systems, why only under F-Gas? It would be great to list for other systems like CCTV etc, some sites have multiple systems, like CCTV & Access, to have this listed would be useful for engineers & admin staff.
A: The systems side of the software is specific to the F-Gas module at present.
