Staff Module User Icons and Their Meanings

1. Van Symbol:

Indicates the user has a field license applied.
The user can log in to a device operating in field mode.

2. Office Building Symbol:

Indicates the Office User option is enabled in the user’s staff details.

The user will appear on the login list for the NICEIC office software and can log in to the office system.

3. Certificate Icon:

Indicates the user has the following privileges:
Can complete certificates
Can assign certificate numbers
