Spell check will be enabled automatically if you’re on the latest update of Clik Service. Spell check is available in the jobs, quotes, invoices and sales order modules.
Spell Check Settings
In the spell check settings, you have the option to turn the function off or create a shortcut key.
Go to Settings > Settings > Spell Check.
Tick or untick the ‘Enable’ box to turn spell check on or off. This will then require the software to restart to take effect.
To set a shortcut key, click the ‘Shortcut Key’ box and press the F key on your keyboard you want to apply the shortcut to.
Using Spell Check
If you spell something incorrectly it will underline it in red. To correct the mistake just right-click on it and select the correct spelling from the drop-down.
You can also carry out a complete spell check of a job, invoice, quote and sales order by clicking on the ‘Spell Check‘ button.
