Setting Up Sales Processes
A crucial part of the sales enquiry and pipeline system is the sales process. You must configure these in the settings to be able to use this aspect of the module.
Go to Settings > Settings and select ‘Sales Process‘ from the left-hand list.
Click on ‘New Process‘ to raise a new sales process.
Give the process a description and short code. On the right-hand side, each stage of the process needs to be created.
Click on ‘Add Item‘ to create each process and fill in the description.
Keep adding new items until you have got an item for each stage in your sales process.
After creating your sales process, you can select it when raising a sales enquiry so you can tick each stage as you complete them.
