Setting Up Equipment Action List Notifications
Follow these steps to create notifications for equipment action lists in Clik Service.
First, go to Settings > Settings.
Go to Communications > Notifications and then click the ‘Add’ button.
It may be called ‘(New) Notifications’, depending on how long you’ve had the software.]
A notification creation form should appear on your screen. First, we can select the notification type ‘Equipment Actions Lists’ and type out a descriptive title for the notification.
Select the equipment action list you would like to set up the notification for.
Now we can choose which question from the equipment action list you want the notification to trigger on.
You can also set the notification to send when the entire equipment action list is complete by choosing ‘Whole action list is completed’.
Next, we will choose what type of notification and who will receive the notification.
Click on the ‘Add New Notification’ drop-down menu and select the type of notification you want to create.
For this example, we’re going to make an internal notification.
Then click on ‘Configure’ then add the recipients for the notification by clicking on the ‘Add Recipients’ drop-down.
Next, we can add the message we want to and insert tags to customise the message.
Click ‘Finish’ to complete this notification.
