Setting Up Default File Names for PDFs
You can set up default PDF and Zip file names for your certificates in the NICEIC Cert Software. Then every time you export a cert, the file format will apply.
First, you will need to navigate to Edit > Settings > PDF & Zip within the software, and you will see a window like the one below:
On this screen, you will be able to select several tags which each relate to a property in the certificate.
The left and right arrows allow you to choose multiple tags to be included, whilst the up and down arrows allow you to change the ordering of the tags in the filename.
Once you’ve saved the change, you’ll then see that any new PDFs you generate will default to that file name format when you save them.
