Sending Addresses to Field Users
In this article, we are going to send addresses to field users to access in Clik Cert (Field).
First, go to View > Staff in the main Clik Cert software.
Select the field user on the left, click the ‘Field User Data’ tab and then the ‘Add’ button under the ‘Customers’ sub-tab.
You can either select one customer or select multiple by clicking one customer and then holding the shift button on another company.
You can search for them via the top search bar or scroll down the list to find the right company.
Press ‘OK’ after you’ve chosen the correct customer(s).
Then the user will have addresses in the customer list.
Press ‘Save’ to sync and send the addresses to the field user.
