Saving Certificate Boards to the Board Library
In Clik Compliance, you can save any board you’ve created to your Board Library, allowing you to easily reuse it on future certificates without re-entering the information. This article will cover how to add boards to and from your board library.
Navigate to the ‘Certificates’ page and open a certificate with some boards you wish to save, and click on the ‘Circuits Details’ tab.

You can then select the three dots on the right-hand side and choose to either ‘Add Selected to Library’, which will add your currently selected board to the board library, or ‘Add All Boards to Library’, which adds all boards on this certificate to the library.

The software will prompt you to name the board and provide a description. Name it something you will recognise and be able to find easily in your board library. When it is named, finish by clicking ‘Add to Library’.

Now that your board is saved to the board library, you can open a different certificate and navigate again to the ‘Circuit Details’ tab. Click on the three dots on the right-hand side again and this time click ‘Add From Library’ and a pop-up will appear with all boards saved to your library. Find your newly added board and click it to add it to the certificate.
You can view any boards saved to your board library by going to ‘User icon’ > ‘Settings’.

Next, navigate to ‘Library Items’ and click the drop-down list at the top, then ‘Distribution Boards’. Any boards you have created will be visible here.

You can use the three dots on the right-hand side to edit the title and description of the board or delete it.
