Sage Line 50 Project Ref and Cost Code
Clik Service supports the functionality of using and posting Sage 50 Project references on sales orders and sales credits. As well as the functionality of Sage 50 Project reference and Sage 50 Cost Centre on purchase orders, purchase invoices and purchase credits.
What You Will Need
- Clik Service build 318 or higher.
- Sage 50 Accounts Plus or Sage 50 Professional Version 24 or higher.
- Already be connected to Clik Service and Line 50.
- To have created project references in Sage 50 prior to attempting to set values in Clik Service.
Sales Invoices and Credits
On sales invoices and credits, you can select your ‘Sage 50 Project’ reference already created in Sage from the drop-down menu on the bottom right of the screen.
If project references do not initially load, click on the refresh icon. You can select a project reference for each individual item as required.
Once you are happy all project references are set, post the invoice as normal.
Purchase Orders, Invoices and Credits
On the purchasing side, you can post both the ‘Sage 50 Project’ reference and ‘Sage 50 Project Cost Code’. These must be created/defined before trying to select them in Clik Service.
On purchase orders, you may select either a project reference or a cost code or both.
On purchase invoices and credits, you must set both a project reference and cost code. If you do not set both you will not be able to post across to your Sage 50 accounts.
