Running Certificate Updates for the NICEIC Office Mode Software
Certificate updates control the physical appearance of your certificates. We occasionally push out updates to the certificates which need to be downloaded in the form of a ‘Certificate Update’.
To run a Certificate Update in your NIC Office Mode software you will need to log in and navigate to the Help > Check for Certificate Updates button in the top left of your NICEIC Cert Software.
Once pressed you will see the below screen pop up, press Start Sync.
Once the Certificate Update has finished running you will need to press Finished.
Your certificates are now up to date.
