Resurrecting Deleted Records
In this article, we will be going over resurrecting deleted records in Clik Cert.
You will need to have the correct privileges to access this tool. See our setting up privileges article to see how to do this.
Go to ‘Tools’ then ‘Deleted Records’.
Here you can view all the different types of deleted records.
These include:
- Customers
- Addresses
- Contacts
- Equipment
Note: This does not include certificates as you can only mark a certificate as void, not delete them.
For example, to resurrect an old company back into the Address Book, click the ‘Customers’ tab, select a company and press the ‘Resurrect Company’ button in the top left.
