Raising Sales Enquiries
In Clik Service, you can track sales and enquiries in the sales module. This article will show you how to raise a new sales enquiry.
Go to ‘Sales’ and click on ‘New Enquiry‘ in the top left. This will raise a new enquiry and give it a unique number.
Select the customer the enquiry is for. If the company is not in the database, you can click on the ‘New‘ button to the right of the company field and add them.
If you have created a sales process, you can add them to the sales enquiry from the ‘Selected Sales Process’ drop-down.
Each stage of the process will now equal a percentage of the overall sales process. This will be reflected on the ‘My Sales‘ screen, where the count and value of enquiries are illustrated with graphics.
Fill out the remaining details of the sales enquiry and click ‘Save & Close’.
The overall value of the enquiry is taken from any quotes raised from within the sales enquiry or from the products highlighted on the enquiry. You can choose which value is used by going to Settings > Settings > Incidents and changing the sales process value option.
