Raising New Service Incidents
In this article, we will be going over how to raise a service incident in Clik Remote.
BEFORE YOU START
The Remote user will need to have access to service incidents in their privileges.
First, go to the left-hand side menu and click on ‘Service Incidents’.
Then select ‘New Service Incident’ in the top right.
Fill out the details for the service incident.
And then click on ‘Save’ in the top right.
And that’s how to create a service incident within Clik Remote.
