There are a couple of ways you can print your certs. This article will walk you through how you can do it quickly and easily.
Before You Start
You will need to make sure your user has the correct privileges to complete this process. Follow our user privileges guide first and ensure the ‘Can Output Certificates‘ privilege is allowed.
From the Cert List
You can get to the print cert screen by right-clicking on the chosen cert in the cert list and selecting ‘Print’.
This will then open the print preview screen. You can alter your print options by clicking on the icon on the top left of the screen.
Additional options can also be found on the right-hand side of the screen. These will differ depending on the certificate type you are printing.
When you are ready, you can then select the print icon to print your completed cert
Within the Cert
You can also print your certs when the cert is opened. To do this, select ‘Print’ in the top right of the cert and select either ‘Draft’ or ‘Circuit Details Schedule‘.
If the cert is complete, it will give you the option to print an ‘Original’, ‘Duplicate’ or ‘Circuit Details Schedule‘.
You will then be able to view the cert print preview. From here, you can alter your print options by clicking on the icon on the top left of the screen.
When you are happy with the cert preview and options, click on the printer icon to print the cert.
