Paid/Unpaid Lunch On Timesheets
Go to Settings > Staff, select a staff member and select ‘Timesheets/Work Times’. Here, you can see whether your chosen user has a paid lunch.
If you untick ‘Paid – Lunch’, it will not include lunch as a working hour in the timesheet analysis.
To set the paid lunch in the engineer’s timesheet, go to Modules > Timesheets > Timesheets Analysis. Select the engineer from the drop-down and tick the ‘Include’ box for the lunch activity.
The engineer will now have a paid lunch on their timesheet.
