Moving Assets Between Sites

This article will cover the process of transferring assets from one site to another. This cannot currently be done within Clik Compliance, but it can be done in the Job Logic version of your website.

Here you can see we have our ‘boiler’ asset, which is attached to the ‘Clik Ltd’ site.

You will need to log in to the Job Logic version of your site, using the same email address and password as the Clik Compliance version. Once logged in, navigate to ‘Assets’ > ‘All Assets’ and click on your asset in the list to open it.

Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner and then ‘Move Asset’.

You can then use the drop-down to select a new company and site for your asset to move to. When selected hit save in the bottom right-hand corner.

You can now click back into your Clik Compliance site and reopen your asset. Once refreshed, you will see that the location where that asset is stored has changed.
