Manager Login Overview

Clik Remote Manager is a great way to access your Clik Service modules and data from outside of the office on a laptop, tablet or smartphone. The Manager login will give you access to the main modules in Clik Service, allowing you to create quotes, sales orders, job sheets and invoices, all directly from your unique Clik Remote login.

Here’s a quick run-down of what Clik Remote Manager has to offer:

Dashboard

The main dashboard is a fantastic way to get full visibility of the key aspects of your business. The dashboard can be tailored with widgets and customisable graphs to highlight the data that is important to your business. From the number of unallocated jobs created to the number of unpaid invoices and quotes from the month, you can keep track of everything, in one place.

CRM

With a refined appearance and navigation, the CRM of your business is the main hub of activity. You can quickly navigate around your customer database and view their activity; you will be able to see what equipment is on their site and view the equipment history, or maybe just find a contact detail and create a job sheet for an out-of-hours call.

Search

The search function has had a complete overhaul for Clik Remote so you can quickly find the information you need. You can use it to find equipment by searching for a serial number or find a job/invoice by a customer reference. Frequently used search options can also be added as a default on your dashboard for even quicker convenience.

Assigning Jobs To Engineers

The engineer’s schedule is a module for allocating jobs to engineers, you can filter by department and view available engineers suitable for the job. You can quickly view assigned and unassigned jobs on a map in a selected radius to select the right engineer to work on a job.

Engineers can be added to jobs from within a job sheet, you can even send an SMS or email them the details of the job from engineer planning.

Privilege System

The Manager login provides access across over 14 different modules and you can also control which modules each user (Engineer, Sales & Customer) has access to. This is a customisable aspect, giving you the chance to filter user privileges, right down to reports and templates.
