Linking Contract Visit Schedules With Job Templates
This article will show you how you can apply a job template to a recurring visit schedule. This will make sure your jobs are all filled in and ready to go for those visits.
First, you need to be in the visit schedule part of the contract. Create a new contract using the wizard or open an existing contract from the ‘Contracts‘ module. Then select the ‘Recurring Visit Schedules’ tab and click on ‘Edit Schedule(s)’.
Next, you need to select ‘Browse’ on the job template section and select the template you require.
