This overview video will give a quick rundown on how to log in and use the Clik Cert Electrical apps. Including how to download, create and fill in certs.

It covers the basics you need to know about using the NICEIC app.

How to Use the Clik Cert Electrical Apps

You will be prompted for a pin code. This code would have been given to you by your office.

If you need the pin number, in the NICEIC Cert Software go to Edit > Settings > Field Users. Here, you will see your pin number.

Once that’s accepted, enter your username and password that will have been set up in the NICEIC Cert Software.

After logging in, tap the ‘Start Sync’ button to do your first sync.

You might then be asked to confirm if this is your primary device. If this is the device you will be using for this user, select ‘Yes’.

Finally, tap on the ‘Download Templates’ button to make sure you have access to the latest certificates.

If the office has sent you some certificates, you will see them in the cert list. If you need to download the certs from the office, hold and pull down from the top and tap ‘Start Sync’.
