A: To do this go to Settings > Settings > Communication > Property Change Notifications. Then follow this guide to create the ones you require. In the webinar example, they look like the below using the ‘Created by Remote User’ property and the ‘complete’ property
Q: Could our own timesheets be used?
A: Unfortunately, no.
Q: Is it possible to search the site?
A: Yes, you can search via the ‘filter jobs’ for the postcode/address on the job list to find the job created for that site. You just need to make sure you have the column ‘Site Address’ selected.
Q: What does ticking the box in engineers signature do in Clik service?
A: In the webinar, the tick box from the engineer signature is to complete the job and attaches the signature to the job.
Q: What about being able to email the selected to us?
A: You can email to whoever you want, however you can’t select multiple jobs and email from Clik Remote Engineer.
