How to Create a PDF and Email Certificates
In Clik Compliance, you can export your certificates as a PDF for your records. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to generate a PDF version of your certificate and email it to your customers.
To create a PDF of your certificate, you must navigate to the ‘Certificates’ tab, open a cert of your choosing, and press the ‘Options’ button in the top right corner.

Next, press the ‘PDF Certificate’ button.

You can decide whether your printout will include the ‘Additional notes’ and ‘Photos’ from your certificate by ticking or unticking these boxes.

Once you have decided, you can press the ‘PDF Now!’ button to generate your PDF. A message will appear underneath notifying you that the PDF is being created, and you will be notified when it is finished.
Another message will pop up on the cert letting you know that the PDF is ready. If you have closed the cert a notification will also appear under the bell in the top right corner.

From the above view, you can view the PDF, download a copy, or email it to a customer by hitting ‘Share’ and selecting an app to send your PDF through. This will give you a selection of apps on your device, such as Outlook, Gmail, Teams, etc.
If you access your PDF through the notification bell, you have the option to ‘View PDF’ and then ‘Download PDF’ in the top right corner. Please note that if the certificate is not complete, the ‘Draft’ text will appear on the cert; once you have numbered and completed your cert the draft text will disappear. Numbering a KB.

You can also use the ‘Share’ button to email your cert out to customers from here. This will again give you a selection of apps on your device, such as Outlook, Gmail, Teams, etc.
