Hiding Quotes By Status
This option will allow you to hide quotes based on the statuses so customers or engineers don’t see quotes that are not relevant for them to see. In this example, we will use “Not Proceeding”.
This will need to be completed in the main Clik Service software.
First, go to Settings > Settings.
Next, go to Modules > Clik Remote. You will now see various settings for Clik Remote. We will go to the ‘Quote Status Visibility’ section.
Now tick the statuses for the quotes that you don’t want the customer or engineer to see.
That’s it. Now customer users will not be able to see any quotes that have the status “Not Proceeding”.
