Handling Merge Conflicts [Video]
You can sync your address book to your engineers using Clik Cert Electrical so they can apply them to certs when onsite.
The merge screen prevents your address book from duplicating your clients when accepting certs from a field user. This will appear if the “Client Name” or “Install Company“ matches a record already created in your address book.
If it does, you will have the option to merge the certificate client details with the record which already exists in your address book. Select the applicable cert field from the list and match it with the existing client. Click ‘Finish’ and the certificate will be successfully accepted with no errors.
