Granting and Revoking Field Access to Users
This article will explain how you can grant or revote field access to your existing users in the staff database. Granting a field mode licence to a user will allow that staff member to log into Clik Cert Electrical.
You can also create new field users by following this guide.
Before You Start
You must be logged in as the admin account or as a user that has privileges to create staff on the main office software first before you can edit staff.
Go to ‘View’ > ‘Staff’.
Here you will be able to view all your staff. Select the user from the left-hand side list and navigate to Options > Grant Field Licence on the ‘Details‘ tab.
You will then need to select ‘Save’ to sync these changes out to the cloud.
The engineer will then be able to log into Clik Cert Electrical on their mobile device or laptop.
You can see the number of field licences assigned to your account at the top of the ‘Staff’ page. If you require extra licences have any questions about licencing, please contact your account manager.
If you need to remove access for a user, go to Options > Revoke Field Licence.
This process was amended in update v1.0.46.2. Make sure your software is up to date to get the latest features and improvements.
