Getting Started
Now that you’ve got Clik Service up and running, here’s a quick guide to the modules available and useful links to get you started.
Default Settings
You can set up or edit the settings for reminders, time stamping, internal messaging and other similar items in the system settings tab.
Your general system settings are where you can enable f-gas logging, enable pop-up reminders, change the postman and more. Make sure to configure these settings by going to Settings > Settings > System Settings.
Edit the settings for your CRM, job sheets and more in the module settings by going to Settings > Settings and select the category under the ‘Modules‘ menu.
CRM
Your CRM is where you can find all the information on all your clients, customers and suppliers Here you will be able to view and edit their contact details, communication history and more.

Outlook & Email
You can connect Office 365 to Clik Service, which will enable you to sync your diary, send Outlook emails and more. Check out our how-to video to set this up.
Job Sheets
Job sheets are a great way to let your engineers know where they are working, who for and what equipment they’ll need to carry out their job. Take a look at the videos below and see how you can create and update job sheets in Clik Service.

Staff & User Permissions
You can set up and manage groups and privileges in the Clik Service settings. Make sure your users have access to the modules they need by following this guide.
Types
The drop-down menus used throughout Clik Service are referred to as types. Learn more about how to use types in Clik Service here.
Action Lists
Action lists allow you to create lists of actions, or questions and answers relating to a procedure that you carry out in a certain section of Clik Service. To learn more about action lists, have a look at our guide here.
