Force Task Completion
You can set up rules and specific tasks for your engineers to carry out before they can set a job as completed, to help make sure the correct information is captured on the job sheet.
This will need to be set up in the main Clik Service software.
Before You Start
To enable this solution, you will need to set the engineer’s login privileges within the main Clik Service settings. Go to Settings > Clik Remote > Manage Users and Settings and select the engineer from the list.
When in the user setup wizard, click ‘Next’ to get to the Engineer Settings. Here you find a list of tasks that the engineer must fulfil before completing a job. Tick relevant the boxes and click ‘Next’ through the remainder of the wizard.
The available tasks are as follows:
- Time Item
- Completed work notes
- Documents (this can be used to make sure a photo has been attached)
- Customer signature
- Action list (this requires the engineer to complete all action lists on the job sheet)
If the engineer tries to complete a job before these items have been finished, the engineer will see a reminder pop-up to make them aware of the items they still need to add before they can complete the job sheet.
