Filtering Certificates Modules
This article explains how to filter your certificate list to view the necessary certificates using the specified parameters. There are several filtering options available, and we will review the most common ones.
Filter by Date
A straightforward yet effective filter is to filter by date. Select the date range, and you will see all certificates according to their certificate date.

Filtering your assigned certificates
This option allows you to view only the certificates you have been assigned. Simply select ‘Show Only My Certificates’. Once selected, you will see only your certificates. You can switch back to view all certificates by choosing ‘Show All Certificates’.

More Filters
‘More Filters’ allow you to filter by ‘Assigned Users’, ‘Status’, ‘Category’ and ‘Search Templates’. Just select ‘More Filters’ to open. In this case, I want all completed certificates for the assigned user John Smith.

To clear the filters from ‘More Filters’, you can click the little rubber icon on the required filters.

Filter Certificates by text
This filter option allows you to filter by keywords within your certificate list. Just add some text in the ‘Filter Certificates…’ search box.

Filter by Columns
Another great option is to filter by columns; in this example, I’ve put the postcode in the address to find all certificates in a Town. Just select the column, and you will see a magnifying glass; this will bring up a search for all searchable columns.

That’s it for several filter options.
