Q: You mentioned you can make these action lists compulsory on Clik Remote, what about Clik Jobs?

A: Not currently, but we will be looking to add this to Clik Jobs in a future update. We are currently working towards having this feature available before the end of the year.

Q: If a job has additional work required, how is this handled for quotes?

A: You can create a user-definable field called ‘Quote Required’ to achieve this. An action list wouldn’t be needed for this unless you wanted that question on one. For more information on this, check out our user-definable fields support video.

Q: If I have a job sheet that is open for multiple days, can these checks be completed on a daily or weekly basis?

A: No, you would need to assign another job for this to work currently. You can have multiple action lists on one piece of equipment, but they would be separate action lists.

Q: How do you change the skin and layout in the engineer picker window?

A: This new layout is part of an unreleased build which includes the new engineer schedule upgrades.

Q: How to apply an equipment action list to multiple pieces of equipment? Does it have to be one by one?

A: It doesn’t have to be applied one by one, you can use the option always apply when you select the equipment module to put your action list.

Q: Can you add job sheet with action lists from contracts?

A: Yes, you can add a job template that has the default equipment action list when creating your recurring visits in a contract.

Q: Can we copy and paste an action list to make a duplicate action list?

A: No, you can’t currently do this.

Q: Are there any additional past/future training sessions on the new print template editor?

A: We do have an overview video, which shows you the basics of using the print template editor. We can also build bespoke templates for you to use in the software. Please contact your account manager for a quote.

Q: What is the action list template called?

A: In the print template editor, it’s called ‘job sheet with equipment action lists’. If you want to add action lists to another template, check out our support article.

Q: Can you add pictures on an action list?

A: Not currently. You can add images to job sheets, just not specific to an action list.

Q: If we only need the equipment action list to appear on only service jobs, is it possible to have them only show up on certain job categories? For example, the service action list you would not want on a reactive job, only service category jobs?

A: Yes, create a job template and always raise the job that way so it’s got the specific action lists you require.
