Enabling Call Colouring for Company Status
This article will show you how to add colour to a company status (e.g., active or inactive) in the Clik Service CRM. It will also show this colour for all call backs, allowing you to see the most important call-backs, for example.
To configure this, go to Settings > Settings > Schedule > Formatting.
Next, tick the box ‘Enable call colouring’ and click ‘Setup’.
You can now select the colours related to the fields you would create for company status.
Once finished click ‘OK’.
That’s it, you now have a company status colour for call backs.
