Emailing Documents Linked to Jobs
This article will show you how to attach documents to an email from a job sheet. However, this process can be used in all modules you can email.
First, go to a job sheet. Let’s go to the ‘Documents’ tab to just see the documents associated with this job.
Now let’s email these documents by going to Tools > Email and selecting the type of mail you want to send. You will now have the Clik email box displayed ready to send your email. To add document attachments just click the ‘Add document From Job‘ icon.
You can now select ‘All Job Documents’ or ‘Selected Documents’. In this case, we’ve selected ‘Selected Documents’.
This will give you a screen to select the documents you want to attach to the email. Just tick the ones you require and click ‘OK’.
That’s it your email from the job is ready to be sent with the documents attached.
