Editing and Deleting Reminders
Editing Reminders
If you need to make adjustments to existing reminders, you can easily edit them in the ‘Reminders’ tab.
Before You Start
You must make sure the user has the correct privileges to do this. Follow these steps and ensure the ‘Can Edit Reminders’ privilege is allowed.
See this guide if you need to create new reminders first.
Double-click on the reminder from the list to open the details.
You can then additional notes, change the type or client and add users who wish to receive the notification. See more about setting notification types for users here.
Click ‘Okay’ when the edits have been made.
Deleting Reminders
Before You Start
You must first make sure the user has the correct privileges before being able to delete reminders. Follow these steps and ensure the ‘Can Delete Reminders’ privilege is allowed.
To delete a reminder from the ‘Reminders’ tab, right-click on the reminder from the list and select ‘Delete Reminder’.
The reminder will then be removed from the list.
