Downloading Cert Packs and Bespoke Certs
Once the bespoke or cert pack has been purchased via your account manager/sales team, they will distribute it to your account which will then be available to download into the Clik Cert software. All bespoke certs and cert packs can be downloaded by running a certificate update.
Open your Clik Cert software and go to Help > Check for Certificate Updates.
Press ‘Start Sync’
Once completed press ‘Finish’ and all bespoke certs and cert packs will now be downloaded to your database. You can view all your Certificate packs by going to Edit > Settings > Certificate Packs. All bespoke certificates will be visible within the ‘Create cert’ button on your certificates tab.
