Clik Remote Dashboard is a great way to get a full overview of what’s happening in your business on one screen. It’s a separate module from the other Clik Remote logins with customisable widgets tailored to your business.
Here’s a quick run-down of what Clik Remote Dashboard has to offer:
Widgets are visual indicators that display important stats about your business. They show live figures direct from your main Clik Service database. You can choose exactly which reports are displayed for each Clik Remote user, including jobs, invoices, quotes, purchase orders and more.
There are two types of dashboard widgets: counters and graphs. Counters will display a number figure for your selected report. For example, it can show the value of your outstanding invoices for the month or the number of jobs completed for the week. Graphs will pull one of your Clik Service reports into a graph format, either a pie or chart.
Thresholds can be applied to counter widgets to help track targets or bring attention to work that needs to be actioned. Once set up, the widget will change colour depending on the threshold you have set. For example, you might want the widget to turn green once your number of completed jobs is over 20 for the month.
