Customer Login Overview
Clik Remote Customer gives your clients access to important and relevant job information. Like all Clik Remote logins, a privilege system allows you to control what users can access and see on their dashboard. You might just decide to give your customers read-only access to jobs sheets or allow them to create jobs so they can be instantly seen in the office using Clik Service.
Here’s a quick run-down of what Clik Remote Customer has to offer:
Dashboard
Utilising the dashboard and reporting functionalities are great ways to give your customers exactly what they need to see. The dashboard will display live graphs and charts displaying exactly what is going on with their ongoing jobs. They can view monthly reports or even run their own reports, so they can have all the information they need immediately.
Service Incidents
Allow your customers to create a service incident rather than a jobs sheet; your team can then decide if a job sheet is required for the request. Your customers can then track the progress to see how you are getting on with their request.
Notification
The notification system available in Clik Service will help notify you instantly when a customer has created a job sheet, service incident or responded to a quote.
Your team will then be able to quickly react accordingly to the notification, helping you to hit SLAs or respond to customer requests. Notifications are available for email, SMS or software pop-ups.
Privilege System
You can now customise Clik Remote, even more, to work seamlessly with your business structure and approach. From the Manager login, you can control what users can see, right down to the table columns and job details.
If you don’t want a customer to see specific information contained in a job sheet – like the engineer’s name or job status – you can remove it from their login dashboard, allowing you to take control and give your customers exactly what they need.

Allow Customers to quickly search and view the work carried out on their sites, right down to the equipment history.
