Creating Qualifications
Go to Modules > Manage Qualifications.
Click on ‘New’.
Now you may need to create a new regulation. Regulations are the bodies that regulate the qualifications. To create a regulation, click the ‘New Regulation‘ button.
You should fill in the regulation name and website then click ‘OK‘.
Next, you need to add the accreditation body. You can select an existing one from the drop-down or add a new one by clicking on ‘New Supplier‘.
Fill in the details of the supplier and click ‘Save‘.
Now you can edit the training provider. Select an existing one or create a new one by clicking the ‘New Supplier‘ button.
Fill in the rest of the qualification details.
You can set up multiple levels/achievements by clicking on ‘Setup multiple levels/achievements‘.
Here you can then set up levels that make the whole qualification. To add a level, click on the plus icon.
Once you have finished creating the qualification click the ‘Save‘ button.
