Creating Prefill Certificates

This article will explain how you can create a prefill. Prefills will allow you to reuse certificates you have previously created. For example, if the same information is often duplicated on many certificates, prefills will make it faster to create certificates with the details you already have.

There are two ways to create prefills, one from an existing certificate or from the prefills section under certificates. This article will show you both.

Option 1 – From an existing certificate

First, open the certificate you wish to create a prefill for and select the three dots on the right-hand side. Next, click on ‘Create Prefill’ in the menu, give your prefill a name, and then select ‘Create’. That’s it — you now have a ‘Prefill’ you can use.

Option 2 – Create a Prefill from the prefill section under certificates.

Go to Certificates > Prefills

Now select ‘Create New Prefill’ on the right-hand side and select your certificate you wish to create a prefill for.

Fill in the details you need and just put in a description at the top for your prefill.

That’s it you have now created your prefills. 

To use your prefills, navigate to Certificates > Prefills > click the 3 dots next to the prefill and select ‘Create certificate’.
