Creating Certs Using Templates
You can create a cert from a template in a few ways in Clik Cert.
Before you start
First, you will need to create your cert templates before applying them to new certs. Follow our creating templates article first.
From the template tab
Now you have a template to create a cert from, go to ‘Templates’, select a template and click ‘Create Cert’.
That’s it! You can now finish your certificate.
From a certificate
You can also apply a template when creating a cert as usual through the ‘Certificate’ tab.
Once in the certificate tab, just select ‘Create Cert’ and choose your certificate.
In the cert, go to Tools > Apply Template, choose your template, then click ‘Ok’ to confirm you want to overwrite the existing data on the certificate.
