Creating Certificates
This guide outlines the steps required to create a new certificate in the system.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to Certificates, then select Certificates again from the submenu.
2. Click the Create New Certificate button located at the top-right corner of the page.
3. Search for the type of certificate you wish to create by doing one of the following:
a. Enter the certificate short code or description in the search bar at the top right.
b. Browse available certificate types by selecting a category from the menu on the left side of the page.
4. Once you have identified the desired certificate type, click on it, and a new cert will be created.
You can also create certificates directly from an asset or a customer; this will automatically add the asset or customer info to that certificate upon creation.
