Converting Job Sheets Into Invoices and Purchase Orders
In Clik Service, you can create purchase orders from your job sheets or link them to invoices for customers once all the work’s been done. This article will show you how to do this.
Convert Jobs Into Invoices
Open your job sheet and select the ‘Activity’ tab.
You can create and link other items raised in the system to the individual job sheet here.
Select the ‘Sales Invoices/Credits’ tab and select whether the job sheet should be converted into a new invoice or linked to an existing invoice.
Convert Jobs Into Purchase Orders
In your job sheet, go to Activity > Purchase Orders. Then click on New > Blank PO.
Clik Service will then generate a new purchase order.
